PVC Wall Panel Installation
16mm Multiwall PVC Wall Panels
PVC Wall Panels provide the ideal solution for DIY wind screens, privacy screens and wall coverings. The semi-translucent PVC panels will provide natural daylight without compromising privacy. The multiwall structured panels are durable yet economical and with integral tongue and groove connections simply click together for easy installation with standard DIY tools.
Aluminium U and F profiles can be used along the panel edges or as reinforcement. Please read the full installation instructions overleaf before installation and use only compatible installation accessories.

Multiwall PVC Wall Installation Instructions. You will need:
1. PVC Panel
2. Aluminium U Profile
3. Aluminium F Profile
4. Sealing Tape
Installation Notes
- - Connect tongues and grooves.
- - Use aluminium U profiles or aluminium F profiles for reinforcement and along the edges.
- - The U profile is the side profile and the F profile is the end profile.
- - Use fine-toothed hand saws or circular saws for cutting.
- - Remove any build-up of swarf.
- - Clean only with mild soapy solution, plenty of water and a sponge.

Expansion/shrinkage
Panel lengths may change under the effects of temperature. This must be taken into account in the project design.
Storage
Store panels under cover, preferably indoors and out of direct sunlight.
Sealing
Should additional sealing be necessary, use neutral-curing silicone compatible with plastics.
Condensation/Fogging
Condensation may briefly occur in the hollow chambers under certain weather conditions. This is due to the design. It will not have any adverse effect on panel material or function.
