Ex-Cel Integral Foam is a PVC foam sheet with an ultra-smooth, hard, glossy surface that's perfect for fabrication, construction and more.

The foam is formed by the Celuka process, giving excellent hardness, smoothness and resistance to dents and scratches. It is lightweight and moisture-resistant with closed edges, making it suitable for internal and external applications including acoustic and thermal insulation.

The sheet is easy to process with conventional tools and has low flammability and self-extinguishing properties that are highly suitable for exhibition displays and internal partitions.

10mm Foam PVC Sheet White 2500mm x 1250mm

Foamed plastic sheets have a foamed core and two dense top layers. Thanks to the foam core, the sheets are considerably lighter than solid sheets made of the same plastic. The foamed sign boards are all easy to print on and easy to machine. Even in large format foam pvc is only a fraction of the weight of solid display material of similar strength, making it much easier to handle and install.
